Terms & Conditions

  • Deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation is 1 month prior to event.

  • A written contract of agreement if required by customer shall be sent out 7-10 days after confirmation of event with a secured deposit.

  • Please note once menu, date and venue is agreed in person with the client and both us and the client have agreed over a deposit, a verbal contract stands.

  • If a client has a reasonable reason to postpone the event, which we see feasible enough, the deposit can be transferred to the newer date or a change in function/functions. For if ever reason at no fault of our own or the client the event is postponed and the client requests a full refund, we have the right to cut our expenditure costs, which can be up to 40% of the given deposit. If a client wishes to cancel the complete event without giving a feasible reason, we have the right to a non-refundable deposit.

  • Guardian Occasions Catering have the right to refuse catering if the number of guests have increased over the agreed figure with client. Additional payment must be made by client if number of guests are exceeded on the date of function. We have the right to remove tables/chairs if number of guests are excessing to agreed figure.

  • Provisional bookings will only be held for 14 days. Only a deposit will secure all provisional bookings.

  • Final number of guests, menu changes must be confirmed 14 days in advance of the function date.

  • Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the event taking place.

  • In order to comply with food hygiene regulations, no one except Guardian Occasions Catering staff are permitted in onsite kitchens, if so we have the right to tell the person to leave. 

  • The per head price discussed and confirmed via a deposit, is an agreement between Guardian Occasions Catering & Events & the client at that current time. For if ever reason at no fault of our own or the client the event is postponed to a new date in agreeance, the per head price may increase, taking into consideration the menu, number of guests, our services and the current economic market

Wedding Invitations

  • All prices are in British Pounds and are subject to change. Sizes and designs may change over time. The PGMP LTD reserves the right to update their pricing at their discretion.

  • The PDF proof is sent to the client to check to confirm, clients have the responsibility to proofread the cards carefully and ensure all information is correct. The PGMP LTD accepts no responsibility for errors once the proof has been approved by the client. Client errors that have already been approved will occur reprinting costs, it is also the responsibility of the client to check all cards on collection. However, in the unlikely event of information being different from the final proof, we will reproduce at no extra cost, but this will take up to 4 weeks from the erroneous products being received by us. Please allow ample time for such eventuality.

  • Please be aware that due to variations in monitors the colours and images may differ slightly on the screen to that of the finished product. Although the greatest care is taken to ensure the colours/styles/materials/fabrics chosen are delivered, The PGMP LTD accepts no responsibility for slight variations as this is an inherent feature of custom/handmade stationery. As all cards/stationery is handmade it is possible that subtle variations occur between each piece. This is not a fault of the design but a natural effect of the process. Stationery cannot be refunded or returned because of these variations. We take pride in the quality of our work and assure you that all our stationery is produced to the highest professional standards.

  • Your personal information, including your payment details, will remain secure and confidential via Paypal or other means of payment and will only be used to process your order. The invitations with your details may be used as samples or for advertising, if this is not acceptable, please inform us during the ordering stage.

  • Once the proof has been approved from the client, from that date it can take up to 4 weeks for the cards to arrive and be delivered to the client
